As Dialexa's Chief Operating Officer, Brad leverages his passion for forming and coaching teams, building new business models and launching software and hardware products to drive innovation and improve business outcomes for both Dialexa and its clients. Responsible for sales, marketing and operations, Brad's record of entrepreneurial and corporate success gives him a valuable perspective when providing comprehensive solutions for Fortune 500 and startup clients, alike.

Prior to joining Dialexa, Brad was Executive Vice President at GENBAND, where he held a number of positions, including Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Information Officer and Chief Integration Officer, head of sales operations, and Chief-of-Staff reporting to the CEO. Before GENBAND, he was responsible for business unit operations at Tekelec Switching Solutions Group, which was acquired by GENBAND in 2007. Prior to Tekelec, he spent eight years at Nortel Networks, where he held various strategic positions in information systems and wireless operations.

An entrepreneur at heart, Brad founded Sharpsite Interactive, a successful startup specializing in Internet application development, and is a mentor at startup incubators NoD and the Addison Treehouse. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rice University and a MBA from Southern Methodist University. When he is not working, Brad enjoys playing music and traveling with his family.
